Submit an Offer

Appraisal
Following the inspection your lender will order an appraisal. A certified appraiser visits the property, evaluates its condition and determines its market value. If the appraisal comes in below the purchase price we work with you to negotiate a resolution. It is important to know that your lender will only approve a loan up to the appraised value.
